- Geltungsbereich: Gültig nur für Produkte, die als Flash-Artikel gekennzeichnet sind.
- Aktivierungsbedingung: Wenn die Zwischensumme für Nicht-Flash-Artikel im Warenkorb 25 € oder mehr beträgt, kosten Flash-Artikel beim Checkout 2,99 € pro Stück (inkl. MwSt.). Die Zwischensumme wird inkl. MwSt. berechnet und schließt Flash-Artikel, Versand, Geschenkverpackung und Geschenkkarten aus. Wird die Bedingung nicht erfüllt, werden Flash-Artikel zum aktuellen Normal-/Angebotspreis berechnet.
- Limit: Max. 3 Artikel/Stück pro Bestellung (gesamt über alle Flash-Artikel).
- Kombinierbarkeit: Store-Guthaben / Deluxerie-Punkte / Rabattgutscheine und andere Aktionen sind in derselben Bestellung nicht gültig.
- Rückgaben & Stornierungen: Erstattungen basieren auf dem tatsächlich gezahlten Betrag. Reduziert eine Rückgabe/Stornierung die Nicht-Flash-Zwischensumme unter 25 €, wird der Vorteil „Flash 2,99 €“ rückgängig gemacht und Erstattungen können entsprechend angepasst werden.
- Fehler: Bei System- oder Druckfehlern kann Deluxerie die Bestellung stornieren oder den Preis korrigieren.
- Frühere Bestellungen: Nicht gültig für bereits getätigte Käufe. Kein Bargeldwert. Nicht übertragbar.
- Verfügbarkeit: Solange der Vorrat reicht. Artikel können ohne Vorankündigung ersetzt oder entfernt werden.
